From the moment I walked in, Haley and Kristy at the front desk were incredibly kind, welcoming, and so diligent. Haley made the whole experience feel smooth and comfortable right from the start, and her friendly energy truly stood out. Emma, who did my lip filler and lip flip, was absolutely wonderful. She is so talented, kind, and professional. She made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process, took her time, and her work is truly beautiful. I’m beyond happy with my results and always trust her expertise. That whole trio creates such a positive, caring environment, and it’s clear they genuinely value their clients. Highly recommend this medspa to anyone looking for quality care, professionalism, and amazing results! The photo I posted with this is right afterwards from my injections. I’ve seen both Emma and Stephanie - for Dysport & filler, and they are absolutely amazing. They are not only incredibly skilled, but also so friendly, efficient, and professional. I’ve loved my results every single time, and I constantly get compliments on my skin! Very disappointing, I obviously didn’t get to use your service but bad experience before I even got in the door . How you expect people to reschedule and use your service after charging the $50 to reschedule is unfair . I will be going else where .
