Monroe MedSpa "Black Friday 2021" Promotions available online and in office (where applicable) between 10:00am Thanksgiving Day thru 11:59pm Cyber Monday. No refunds on any services/packages purchased. All services/packages are non-transferable. All promotional services/packages purchased during Black Friday 2021 must be used by June 30, 2022. After June 30, 2022, services/packages purchased expire and no refunds (full or partial) will be given. Gift cards purchased during Black Friday cannot be used on other Black Friday promotional services/packages. Gift cards purchased during Black Friday must be picked up in office. Monroe MedSpa is not responsible for scheduling appointments for clients or for getting physical items to clients, even if client has pre-purchased during promotion; clients must schedule appointments (including consultations) and pick up promotional items on their own accord. Some services require consultation, regardless of promotions. Prior treatments, services, or consultations performed previously at other medical spa/aesthetic offices do not guarantee that you will be a good candidate for the same or similar service at Monroe MedSpa. Service/treatments will not take place during consultations; additional appointments will be required for service to take place after consultation. Promotional items such as NEST Candles and free skin products only available while supplies last; first come, first serve.

General black Friday faqs
How do I purchase Black Friday promotions?
Monroe MedSpa's Black Friday promotions will be available to purchase online and in office (where applicable) between 11/25/21-11/28/21.
Our online site will ONLY be live between Thanksgiving morning (starting 10:00am) through Cyber Monday (ending at 11:59pm).
There will be no extensions or exceptions.
Can I buy these promotions as a gift (for my mom, sister, wife, etc.)?
Absolutely (what a nice gift)! Just make sure when you gift any service, you give the recipient the purchase confirmation info - that way when they schedule we know the item was gifted to them (since the purchase likely won't be under their name).
Please remember that our services are non-transferrable though, meaning you can't purchase and "split" a promotion to keep AND gift. For example, you cannot purchase a Bank Your Botox promo and expect to keep 50units for yourself and give 50 away. You must either gift an entire package or keep an entire package.
Are services redeemable at any location?
Yes, with exceptions to the Body services (since they're only available in ROC, CUSE, and OP).
What happens if I don’t use my service by June 30, 2022?
Services not used prior to June 30, 2022 will expire without refund. With the exception of some skin service packages (such as 12 pack of Hydrafacials or similar), services and packages should be completed/fulfilled if clients start the service(s) between Black Friday and the first couple months of the year, regardless of package.
Does this include gift cards not being used by June 30, 2022?
No, gift cards will not expire.
Can I purchase multiple promotions during Black Friday?
Yes! You can double up on the same promotion (such as buying multiple syringes of filler or multiple gift cards) OR purchase a few different promotions (Bank Your Botox AND a skin package).
I see that some of the promotions require full payments and some require “down payments”. Why?
The promotions/services that require “down payments” as opposed to full payments are as such because they, 1. require a consultation*,
2. vary in price due to package options and individual needs.
The promotions that require full payments are for services that are more straightforward/do not require a consultation.
*Our consultations for all services are always FREE, regardless of whether or not you purchased a Black Friday promotion!
*“Glow” Skin packages do not always require consultation, however you will need to notify the office at your first appointment of which package you want (for example, we offer Hydrafacials in packs of 4, 6, and 12…). Then, the remaining total will be decided and will be due at the end of the 1st appointment.
Do those “down payments” go towards the service/package total?
I purchased a promotion for a service that requires a consultation. Now what?
If you have already had a consultation with a MMS provider previously for the service in question, you can call us to book your first appointment - these services are not usually available to book online, as they require a consultation. We will confirm you’ve had a consultation with MMS provider who has approved this service for you before booking.
If you have NOT had a consultation with us for the service in question (or are unsure what treatment plan is best for you), we require you to schedule a FREE consultation so that our providers can discuss the best treatment plan for you and provide you with package pricing. During that consultation we will book the package with the discounted rate. *This includes all “Tighten”, “Color Correct”, CoolSculpting and truSculpt services.
Please note that we are not responsible for getting your consultation booked. Once the promotion is purchased, it is the client’s responsibility to schedule either by phone or online. Consultations are labeled online as either “Skin Consultations”, “CoolSculpting Consultation” (ROC/CUSE/OP), or “TruSculpt Consultation” (ROC).
I am interested in a Black Friday promotion that requires a consultation, but I want to have a consult before I purchase. What should I do?
The best option would be to call/text our offices and we can answer basic questions over the phone, however please note that our office team can only answer so many questions over the phone/without seeing you in person!
Because we will not be extending these promotions under any circumstance, if you are even slightly interested in a promotion we suggest purchasing during the sale period, then immediately book a Consultation at your earliest convenience to discuss treatments further. We want you to lock in our best deals of the year!
Can I use Care Credit to purchase Monroe MedSpa Black Friday promotions?
No - unfortunately we can only accept Care Credit in-office for treatments as they take place. Since our Black Friday promotions are 99% taking place online, it requires debit or credit card payments. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Does the “Bank Your Botox” include Dysport?
What if I don’t use more than 100 units before June 30, 2022?
If you have 1-2 Botox appointments between Black Friday 2021 and June 30, 2022 and treat multiple areas, you will likely use all 100 units. But in the unlikely case where you do not use all 100 units prior to June 30, we will not be able to save whatever amount of units are left. We will also not be able to refund any dollar amount for the unused Botox.
This promotion is also subject to our "non-transferrable" statement, meaning you cannot transfer any amount of Botox from one client to another.
What if I want filler, but not for my lips?
The Black Friday filler promotion is for filler that can be used for either lips, under eyes, or smile lines (one syringe for each area).
The Black Friday filler promotion DOES NOT include filler for: chin/jawline, cheeks, or nose.
Can I purchase multiple of the same Injectables promotion?
You can buy multiple of the same promotion - just make sure that you add more than 1 to your cart before checking out.
You could also purchase 1 of each and have both a Botox and Filler appointment at the same time (just make sure you book both appointments together online or over the phone).
But as a reminder of our fine print: you must use all the product purchased during Black Friday prior to June 30, 2022, there will be no refunds and services/product are non-transferable.
SKIN promo faqs
I see that the Skin Packages promotion is for a “$300 down payment”. Why?
The $300 “down payment” is to lock in the additional 15% off ALL treatments/packages for you.
Does the $300 down payment go towards my package total?
What about the remainder of the package total?
The remaining total will depend on what treatment you end up going with, which needs to be discussed and quoted during a consultation.
The balance of the remaining total is due at the 1st treatment appointment (or can be paid prior to the 1st appointment).
I want a package but I’m not sure what service I want/would be best for me. How do I know?
To take advantage of the 15% off packages, we suggest you purchase the promotion now, and then come in for a FREE Skin Consultation to discuss the options in detail with our team of amazing estheticians at any location! After the consultation we will book the service/package that is right for you.
How do I know what skin services/packages you offer?
You can view our skin services and packages on our website under "SKIN", or you can call our offices to discuss what treatments are available at your local Monroe MedSpa.
I’d like to know a more specific total of what I’d owe - can you tell me?
This would depend on what you’re looking for, which may also depend on a skin service that requires a consultation. We suggest booking a skin consultation with us ASAP (availability may be limited). If you cannot come in for a consultation before Black Friday, you can call your local MMS office, DM us on Instagram, or email us for more information (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Can I buy multiple skin packages during this promotion (such as a Vivace package AND a pack of Hydrafacials)?
Yes, however we require that you purchase 2 of the promotion in order to receive the deal on both packages.
If you only purchase 1 package ($300 down with remainder of package due at 1st appointment), then you will only receive 15% off 1 package. If you purchase 2 of the promotion for $600 down, you will receive the 15% discount to both packages.
I purchased a skin package "down payment". Now what?
If you want to purchase a “Glow” service package, you can book your first appointment online or by phone at any time! Please note that the remainder of the package will be due at your first appointment. Just remind our desk team that you purchased a deal on Black Friday at checkout!
If you plan to start a package of “Tighten” or “Color Correct” services and have already had a consultation with a MMS provider, you can call us to book your first appointment - these services are not always available to book online, as they require a consultation. We will confirm you’ve had a consultation with us before booking.
If you have purchased a package of “Tighten” or “Color Correct” and have NOT had a consultation with us, we ask that you schedule a FREE consultation so that our providers can discuss the best treatment plan for you. At that time we will book the package with the discounted rate.
Can I purchase a skin package for someone else (such as my teenager, mom, wife, etc.)?
Yes. If you want to gift a package of skin services to someone, you can purchase the promotion with a $300 down payment. However please remember that the remainder of the package balance is due at the 1st service appointment. If you are gifting a package to someone else and want to pre-purchase so the person receiving the package doesn’t need to worry about the remainder at the first appointment or consultation, you can call our office to pay the remainder ahead of time for them.
Can I share a skin package with someone - for example, purchase a pack of facials and split them with a friend?
No. Packages are non-transferable and require to be under one name/account, so you cannot “split” or share a package with someone. However we offer packages and treatments that can fit any need and budget, so if you and a friend both want packs of facials, we'd love to have you both purchase your own promotion so you can both get a discount and come have a spa day with us!
FAST FORWARD: I purchased a Skin Package promotion during Black Friday. I had a skin consultation and the service I had in mind was not recommended to me. Can I get a refund?
If you came in with a service in mind and our providers did not recommend that service for you (for any reason), we will happily find another skin package that WILL work for you! We have many options at different price points, and your $300 down payment will go towards ANY of them! However as stated in our fine print, we are not offering refunds on promotions, including our Skin Package promos.
Can I purchase a gift card to use for myself?
If I purchase the gift card online, how do I get the extra amount and free item(s)?
You must stop in to your local Monroe MedSpa to pick up physical gift card(s) and the item. No appointment necessary. We will also provide gift bags!
If I buy the gift card, does the additional amount get added to the same gift card or can it be separate?
Your choice! If you want to lump the 250+50 or 500+100 onto one card for the same person, that can be done.
If you want separate gift cards (one to give and one to keep, maybe!), we can do that too.
What is the “free skin item”?
We have a number of options available - come in and chat with our team and we will help choose the best option for you. You can keep the item for yourself or give to someone else! *Supplies limited; first come, first serve.
Do I get to choose the Nest Candle that comes with my $500 Gift Card promo?
Yes, but please note that supplies are limited so if you want a certain scent make sure you come in ASAP! We will have seasonal/holiday candles available as well as our usual favorites.
Can I purchase a gift card during Black Friday and use it to purchase additional Black Friday promotions?
Can I purchase multiple gift cards?
Would that mean I get multiple free items?
Yes HOWEVER we will cap this at 2 gift cards/items. Any additional gift cards after 2 will still receive the additional money amount, but will NOT be eligible to receive the additional free items (Nest candles, skin products) so we can try to get as many clients their items as possible. *Supplies limited; first come, first serve.
Can gift cards be used for any MMS service at any location?
Do gift cards expire?
No - unlike the other Black Friday promotional packages/services that expire on June 30, 2022, Monroe MedSpa gift cards will never expire.
Can I specify what I want the gift card to be used for?
Please note that Monroe MedSpa is not responsible for getting your Gift Card(s) and product(s) to you. Once the promotion is purchased, it is the client’s responsibility to come to their local MMS location to pick up these items. People who purchase gift cards can stop in to our offices at any time during open business hours, no appointment needed. Please have proof/receipt of purchased promotion available when picking up. Promotional items such as NEST Candles and free skin products only available while supplies last; first come, first serve.
Body (ROC, Cuse, & OP Only)
Why do you only offer Body promotions at the Rochester, Syracuse, and Orchard Park locations?
Simply because these are the locations that we offer Body services at!
CoolSCULPTING (ROC, CUSE, OP)
I have questions about CoolSculpting before I purchase the Black Friday promotion. Can I talk to someone?
Yes - you can schedule a FREE consultation at either our ROC or CUSE location and our CoolSculpting Masters can answer your questions (appointment availability may be limited).
If you cannot come in for a consultation prior to Black Friday, you can call our office and we can answer basic questions over the phone, however please note that our office team can only answer so many questions over the phone/without seeing you in person!
I see that the CoolSculpting/TruSculpt Packages promotion is for a “$500 down payment”. Why?
The $500 “down payment” is to lock in the “Buy One Area, Get the 2nd Area Half Off” promotional deal for you.
Does the $500 down payment go towards my package total?
What about the remainder of the package total?
The remaining total will depend on what areas you want to treat, which needs to be discussed and quoted during a consultation. The balance of the remaining total is due at the 1st treatment appointment (or can be paid prior to the 1st appointment).
What does the “Buy One Area, Get the 2nd Area Half Off” mean?
This promotion means that if you purchase one area for fat reduction at full price, you will get 50% a second area of your choice. Please note that the area that will receive the 50% off will be the package/area of equal or lesser value.
What if I want to treat more than 2 areas with CoolSculpting?
This can be discussed during our required consultation.

CoolSculpting packages start at $500, however packages are fully customized so we cannot give you an accurate total without consultation. We suggest booking a consultation with us ASAP. FAST FORWARD: I purchased the CoolSculpting promotion during Black Friday. I had a consultation and the service I had in mind was not recommended to me/was too expensive/I don't want to move forward for some reason. Can I get a refund?
If you came in with a service in mind and our providers did not recommend that service for you (for any reason), we will happily find another treatment plan that WILL work for you! Our providers want to make you happy and can work with you. However as stated in our fine print, we are not offering refunds on promotions, including our Black Friday CoolSculpting promotion.
